Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your Eyelash Refill appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of your deposit amount. Our Cancellation Policy: We require a small amount of deposit for Eyelash Refill appointments. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable. Deposits are applied to the cost of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will no longer be transferable and will serve as the cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. This applies to “no shows” as well. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in 24 hours in advance. Thank you.
